The legal entity which will control, govern, and publically account for Peace Christian Television is Peace Apostolic Ministries Ltd ACN 116 581 492.

Peace Apostolic Ministries Ltd is a Not-for-Profit, Limited-by-Guarantee, registered Public Company, established under the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth of Australia, and reporting to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. It is registered with the Australian Taxation Office as a charitable institution. P.A.M. Ltd is not a registered Deductible Gift Recipient, and gifts to P.A.M. Ltd are not tax-deductible under Australian law.

From the Constitution of Peace Apostolic Ministries Ltd., the objects for which the Company is established are:-

To promote, restore, and establish apostolic ministry amongst the body of Christ;

To promote Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, to advance the beliefs of the Ministry, and to work for the building up, extension, and renewal of the body of Christ;

To worship God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and to administer the sacraments mentioned in the Holy Bible;

To further and propagate the faith of the ministry by the conduct of evangelism and/or by the establishment of further organisations with similar objectives;

To develop ministers and to train Christian leaders to function within the Ministry; To render spiritual oversight, care, assistance (whether material or otherwise), and such other help as may be deemed appropriate to meet the needs of those encountered by the Ministry;

To serve the interests of Jesus Christ and His appointed apostles;

To hold and promote a truly biblical view of original apostolic Christianity, and to work to bring about the reformation of the whole of the Christian church in accordance with that view, by working with and for chosen apostles and other ministers of Christ;

To identify individuals who have been given grace and appointed by Jesus Christ as His apostles on earth, and to work in harmony with those apostles to bring about the will of God for the church and nations at this time in history;

To seek to always have an apostle of Christ as senior minister in leadership over the Christian ministries and churches of the Ministry;

To hold and promote that view of the Holy Scriptures and of Christian doctrine which is truly apostolic, as taught by those apostles writing in the New Testament, and as interpreted by the Holy Spirit and by approved and attested apostles in the church today;To make donations to assist, undertake the oversight of, or in any way co-operate with other churches, organisations, societies, or individuals who have similar objectives;

To provide some educational or other programs or institutions as will assist those associated with the Ministry to live whole and balanced lifestyles and to be a blessing to the society in which they live;

The attainment of these objectives shall be carried out by the Ministry and all acts, decisions, and appointments shall be consistent with the Ministry's Statements of Belief.
