Our Priority: Production!
The immediate need to be addressed by Peace Christian Television is not the establishing of our own broadcasting facility - there are already many broadcasting methods available throughout the world, including commercial channels, Christian networks, cable networks, satellite channels, and web-based television.

Rather, the great need to be addressed is the more complex and time-consuming task of the production of good quality programming. It is the message which must be produced, and supplied - a quality product developed and distributed for the use of Christians, churches, ministries, and broadcasters everywhere.

The programs must truly represent what the Spirit of Christ is saying to the church today. It must equip the believers to be the mature apostolic church of the last days so as to successfully preach the Word of God with power to its generation in every nation and ethnic group.

However, once sufficient programming has been developed, and technical, administrative, and management expertise effectively established, then PCTV will operate a web-based channel with 24hour/7 day programming, so that anywhere in the world anyone may access a current broadcast.

In addition, PCTV will maintain an extensive online library of programs and teaching, so that all material can be accessed at any time by believers and churches anywhere in the world. The speed at which technology is advancing will allow for unprecedented web-based television broadcast outcomes within a matter of years. It is likely that people in many nations will be able to easily access the full program of a webbased channel. It is critical that we lose no time in preparing ourselves, so that we will have both the technical capacity and the skilled staff to produce the quality of programme that will be needed to reach the world, and take advantage of the coming opportunities for the gospel of Christ.

Creative Communication
The vision is to create good television by combining great teaching with powerful testimonies, effective interviews, and the live reality of Christian service in its various forms.

To create the effective communication format we envisage will mean interviewing many Christians in many places - leaders, business people, professionals, missionaries, indigenous believers, mothers, evangelists, prophets, church congregations, etc - to hear of the astounding things that God is doing with His people, and what people are hearing God say.

In particular, we must speak with the spiritual leaders of the body of Christ, and consider the wisdom of the apostles and fathers that God has given the church. Interviews are to be creatively combined with both studio-produced teaching to camera and preaching recorded live, so as to empower communication in programs addressing vital subjects and presenting great teaching. Jesus commanded, "Teach them to obey everything..." (Matt 28:20)

Children's Television
There is also a great need for Christian television for children. In time, this need must be addressed. Therefore, we work towards the day when, the ministry and its expertise being well established, we shall be able to devote specialist staff and other resources to this important mission field.
