Detailed plans and costing for this project have been developed, of which this page is a rounded summary.
The establishing of PCTV has been planned over a number of stages, with each stage having a number of individual levels of development, all of which may be achieved sooner, or later, depending on the rate of availability of funds.
The plans consider the building, equipment, staffing, and other expenditure needs for each stage, and budgeting for the growth of paid broadcasting has been included.
The following budget provisions allow for development of those plans to Level 6, which will be the completion of Stage One.
This requires an amount of $5,000,000.00, but a further $4 - $5 million will be required for Stage Two.
Stage One does establish a very effective television ministry, complete in itself, and with a substantial broadcasting budget, but Stage Two will ultimately make greater use of available opportunities in response to the call of Christ upon this ministry.
